This page is your reference for logistics and travel info to and from Monument, CO for the next RTS Weekend Intensive. Please note, all times are estimates. Colorado weather can impact travel to and from the event location, please check forecasts before your departure.
Important Details for Your Travel Plans
Plan to be at The Hideaway, 3805 Walker Road, Colorado Springs, CO 80908, between 3:00 MT and 4:30 MT on Thursday Afternoon.
The Weekend Emergency Contact Number will be sent by email one week before you arrive. Please share the number with whomever may need it. The Hideaway staff does not monitor voicemails during the Weekend Intensive. If an emergency arises, have your friends or family call. A staff member will be available at all times to coordinate any necessary response.
Flying Into Denver
Flights from Denver must arrive no later than 1:00 PM to allow enough travel time to The Hideaway. Rental cars, Uber, and Lyft are available.
You are welcome to coordinate with other participants to share rides. Our only request is that you refrain from discussing your work or occupation during the ride. Click here to add your contact information to the ride share list.
We will conclude the Weekend promptly at 12 PM on Sunday. The Hideaway will provide a boxed lunch and the airport shuttle will leave The Hideaway on Sunday shortly after noon. Your departure from Denver International Airport can be booked anytime after 4:00 PM.
Flying Into Colorado Springs
Flights from Colorado Springs need to arrive no later than 2:00 PM. Rental cars, Uber, and Lyft are available to take you to The Hideaway.

We will conclude the Weekend promptly at 12 PM on Sunday. The Hideaway will provide a boxed lunch and the airport shuttle will leave The Hideaway on Sunday shortly after noon. Your departure from the Colorado Springs Airport can be booked anytime after 2:30 PM.
Busses & Shuttles
Groome Shuttle runs hourly from Denver Intl. Airport (DEN) to the Monument Park & Ride, a 10 minute Uber ride from the Hideaway. The LATEST you can get on the Groome Shuttle at DEN and arrive in time for check-in is 2:55 PM. Click here for the Groome website to view shuttle times and reserve your ride.
Ride sharing is available. Men will be flying into both Denver Intl. Airport and CO Springs on Thursday. If you want to share a Lyft, Uber, or rental car, add your name and contact info to the list along with your arrival time and airport. Reach out to men on the list and coordinate. Add your name to the ride-share list here.
Please Note: If you choose to share a ride, we request that you do not discuss your work or occupation with the other men. This is important and will help set the atmosphere for the weekend ahead.
Sunday shuttle rides back to either airport are available for purchase on this site. Shuttles depart immediately after the weekend ends on Sunday. Uber and Lyft are very difficult to find on Sundays. You will need to reserve your shuttle here before the weekend begins.

What to Pack
The Hideaway is an alcohol and drug free establishment. Please do not bring non-prescription pharmaceuticals, alcohol, or firearms to the weekend.
